The Lloyd Accounting Team

Liz Anderson is the founder and fearless leader of Lloyd Accounting, bringing over 15 years of experience as a CPA.  She started her accounting career in the public accounting world gaining invaluable experience that also fueled her desire to bring a more customizable and value-added relationship to both her clients and her employees.  She has a knack for identifying talent in her team members that she utilizes for her clients – to the benefit of both.  Outside of work (when she is rarely outside of work), she loves being a dog-mom, being the best Beppy (aunt) to all her adorable nieces and nephews and traveling both in and out of the country with her Hawkeye-loving husband, Nick. 

I’m Bonzo, the Chief Barking Officer at Lloyd Accounting. While I’m in the office a little less often, I make every appearance count—keeping everyone alert and adding a bit of extra energy to the team. I love making my presence known with a good bark, supervising the humans, and reminding them who’s really in charge. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy playing outside.

I’m Turner, the Director of Snuggles here at Lloyd Accounting. I’ve been keeping the team happy and well-loved for my whole life, making sure there’s always a wagging tail and plenty of cuddles to go around. I love brightening everyone’s day, supervising the humans at work, and occasionally reminding them it’s time for a walk or snack. Outside the office, I enjoy chasing my tail.

I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in communications and ended up with Lloyd Accounting in January 2021 after needing to find a role that could be flexible with my working hours – I’m raising four teenagers (and three dogs) that keep me barely functioning by the end of most days.  I enjoy trying to keep all of our employees in line (much like I do with my family) and when I’m not working, you will find me cheering on my kids at a million different sporting events, golfing with my family or reading a good book (or listening to a murder podcast).

My role here is to work with small businesses providing payroll and accounting services. I love how this team supports each other and makes each other laugh until we cry. Outside of work, my husband and I live north of Cedar Rapids and are parents to three wonderful kids. We stay busy following their activities and cheering on our favorite sports teams.

I’ve been an admin with Lloyd Accounting since October 2023, jumping into everything from bookkeeping to payroll.  I joined after my sister-in-law, Liz, invited me, and instantly clicked with this incredible team. Off the clock, you’ll find me at home on the farm with my husband and three kids, coffee (or Dr. Pepper) in hand, cheering on my daughter at her activities, or just enjoying family time.
